Jon Murchington

With 25 years in recruitment and over 1000 placements under his belt, the passion for recruitment still burns brightly for Jon. He works closely with a number of dynamic, innovative, growing businesses, identifying and securing key talent. Jon works at all levels but has a particular focus on senior end appointments including managers, directors and board-level leaders.

Steph Murchington

Steph’s career in recruitment dates back to 1995, gaining 15 years as a legal recruiter before moving into Rec2Rec in 2010. With a particular focus on clients and candidates within professional services recruitment, she now manages a portfolio of clients across the Midlands and central London, working with recruiters from director level down to ambitious grad trainees.

Thanks to our longevity and track record, Murchington Consulting has proven strength at the executive end of Rec2Rec. Many of our candidates are team leaders, divisional managers or directors, and come to us when they need well-informed, confidential and strategic guidance about a potential move. At this level, roles are bespoke to the individual and can be created following a discreet conversation with a single client who we know would be perfect for you. That said, we’ll advise you to sit tight if that’s the best option; timing is everything.
